I had the chance to visit performance sport Pilates and take one class from Meghann and two classes from Miah. Each class was a different format and was challenging in its own unique way. Both teachers were very kind and well-spoken, explaining the exercises well, and giving helpful corrections and feedback throughout the classes. The studio itself was both clean and well organized! The atmosphere was very inviting yet calming. And the other class members were all energetic and seemed to really enjoy getting to be there. Overall it was a great experience and I hope to come visit again when I return to the area!
