I live in San Diego and wanted to take a class while in town. Heather replied to my email request and suggested a duet . I love Balanced Body reformers and the size of the studio is perfect . I love the small classes and the attention that is given in a smaller class. Heather came up with a great flow and I was also introducing Pilates to a friend, it was her first class We both had a great experience and we both will be back thanks to Heather.
