There has not been a class which did not energize me, taught me more, increased my zest for the day or set a positive intention for my day ahead. I appreciate the fun, yet work oriented sessions and am grateful for the positive atmosphere
Jessica is a wonderful instructor. I decided at the last minute to attend her Thursday evening class. I'm so glad I did. I was having a rough day and her awesome instruction and kind spirit helped me to reset. Thank you! 😊❤️
