It was everything and more. Instructions were clear and helpful. One on one time was great for first timer . Super amazing instructor ! I'm so happy . I'm a letting others know also!
It never fails, whether I start a class with little energy or sufficient energy, I always feel more energized, positive and ready for the day once I leave, always happy and much more present for my day.
And, in every class I learn something new regarding my posture, my breathing or form, thanks to the investment of our instructors to help us improve. That hour is, among others, one of the best part of my day.
