I absolutely love this studio!! I had such a wonderful experience doing pilates at Sour Pilates in this cozy log cabin with the fireplace and snow outside.. Rachel such a knowledgeable instructor and really pays attention to each of her students and gave helpful tips to improve our form and led the entire class through challenging moves. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner Heather who is such a lovely person. I highly recommend this studio and will be back again next time I visit Prescott.
