Amazing instruction and environment! Love every visit.
Everything was lovely. The ambience was especially wonderful. I am brand new to Pilates but never felt like I was burdening the instructor or the rest of the class. Pilates is way out of my comfort level but I had such a wonderful time and felt so good afterward. Everything was explained very well and the personal attention having a small class was very important to make sure you do things correctly. I really loved it. Thank you.
