The superior expertise and professionalism of my instructor last Friday, in my opinion, was obvious from the beginning of class and definitely above par.
Not only that, as she was giving instruction throughout the duration of the class, she was constantly watching, giving close attention to each class participant, gently correcting and encouraging each of us to achieve optimum benefit.
This studio is definitely at the top of its game.
(Oh, and my glutes are so sore!)
