• Because although I was late Charles May made sure to accommodate his solid book appt's for the day just so that he could fit me in. The front desk representative Angel was suggesting that I have someone else do my hair. Angel should learn to know & understand his his art can only be sustained with the business relationships he maintains with his clientele. In a competitive environment it's Charles' artistic talent and the relationships he has with his clients that sets him apart from all the rest.
