• Baba was super kind and was helpful in explaining parts of the massage or my own muscle-tightness that I had questions about. The space felt very clean and calm. One small note: being locked outside in the cold prior to my 2pm massage kind of broke the calming fantasy at the start of the experience. I knew that this could be the case, given the helpful communication I received prior to the massage, but it still felt like strange customer service. But I certainly understand the challenges you might have with staffing, and that you can't always have someone at the front desk to welcome customers. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience! I would definitely come back. Thank you, Baba!
