• Before the massage even began, Joe made me feel comfortable and safe. He created space for me to share what I was experiencing in my body and hoping to get out of the hour. The massage was fantastic, he worked through a lot of the tension I've felt building up and even found more I didn't know existed! After the massage we talked about what I can do in addition to massage to feel better
