• Staff is both accommodating and professional. I have not had a bad experience and I have been going to the salon for over 5 years. Anna is the best and I only get my facial at skin spa. I'm also enrolled in your membership program and I think it a really good value

• The session was great—super favorable results. Rima was lovely to chat with. I would say my only constructive feedback related to overall experience. Another tech came into the room twice -both times abrupt and disruptive instead of knocking quietly.
