I like how fast and easy it is and I don't feel like they are trying to sell me on unnecessary services, rather only recommend what would truly work for me. I see Anna each time and she is very knowledgeable, if I ask her about new services on the market, she gives me her honest feedback, I like that she takes the time to ask questions about my skin and really tries to focus on the issues I would like to improve.
