• I purchased a discounted facial via LivingSocial and put off booking the appt until my voucher was almost expired because although i know i needed a facial badly i was dreading the upsell that comes with discounted services such as these. The building is not the most appealing but the spa itself is really spacious, clean, and modern looking. The intake ladies were really nice and professional. My service technician was Shannon and although young-looking was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional. I ended up buying a package as well as two products she recommended without pushing them on me. Overall a great experience short two stars because of the building and the fact that the bathroom only had hot water! I still plan on going back.
