• I was impressed with courteous staff. Beautiful establishment . Very clean, peaceful ambiance. Services were excellent had facial with Shana who was exceptional. Had a deep tissue massage with Jennifer who is very skilled and made me feel super comfortable . I can't wait for my next visit.

• The reservation process was incredibly easy and I was emailed and called with reminders about my appointment, so communication was excellent. The spa itself was gorgeous; very modern and inviting. I felt relaxed immediately. My massage therapist was professional, thorough, and always made sure to check in with me throughout he massage regarding pressure. I felt SO relaxed coming out of the massage room. It set the absolute appropriate tone for the rest of my Lazy Sunday.

• This was truly the BEST massage I have ever had. I have been suffering with back pain and stress for over a decade, and this is the first time I feel that good during and after a massage! I had many massages and physical therapy, but Jennifer is the best massage therapist I ve ever met. She s very nice, smart and skilled. Thank you so much. I loved it so much that I bought a 6 massages pack and look forward to returning.

• The Skin Spa in the Back Bay was amazing. It was my first time there and all of the staff were friendly and attentive. The waiting area is beautiful and serene.I got a Swedish Aromatherapy massage - it was one of the best massages I've had in a long time! My family owns one of the best spas on Cape Cod, so I know anexcellent massage when I have one. The prices are affordable as well. I will definitely be back!

• Skin Spa provided a very easy and relaxing experience for a first timer. Having bought a promotion online I was not sure what to expect but I was treated well and felt that everything was explained to me regarding my treatment. I am excited about continuing my treatments here as well as purchasing packages in the future! I have already referred a few of my friends!

• The staff at Skin Spa NY-Back bay were knowledgable and extremely helpful. I felt completely at ease going into my first appointment for laser hair removal. I look forward to going back and trying their additional spa service.
