• I had an appointment to do tattoo removal on my eyebrows. When I walked in I was greeted by Sierra with a huge smile and she knew who I was without even having to ask who I was seeing. My appointment was with Stacey and she shook my hand and took me back to one of the rooms immediately. She was extremely kind and happy which immediately put me at ease. We talked in depth about what I wanted done and why. She really listened to what I had to say and then made some recommendations outside of her business to fix the root cause of the problem and the reason why I wanted to remove my micro blading in the first place. We talked for about 10 minutes discussing her equipment, the results I might see, how many appointments it could take to get to a complete removal and all of the pricing. We went through several photo examples that were being shown on the tv in the room. I thought she did a very good job of setting my expectations. Once we started the procedure she gave me nice cold goggles to wear, a ball to squeeze, and then she got out a device that blew cold air onto my eyebrows right before she started to use the laser. She did one test area to see how the ink would react and it was a very favorable result. She proceeded with the rest of one eyebrow and she made sure to communicate through the whole process letting me know what she was doing since I couldn't see anything. We moved to the other eyebrow and she asked if Sierra could join because she was interested in seeing different procedures being done which I thought was fantastic.
