Skin Renew Laser Tattoo Removal & Skin Center

Came for a consultation to have my tattoo removed.

To begin with I was very nervous after doing my own research, specifically because I am darker complected. I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale. I called a week prior to my appointment to express my concerns and actually had the opportunity to speak witht the owner. She assured me I'd be well taken care of and that they've turned people away that they didn't think they'd get results from. So that made me feel a lot better.

Upon my arrival, there were clip boards with ceramic name plates so you knew which one was yours. I personally thought that was a cute touch. I was greeted immediately and was offered something to drink. They had waters, coffee, and sodas.

I had several papers to fill out due to it being my first time. After completeing all my paper work, the owner came out and actually spoke to me and asked if I was who she talked to. She told me Jamie would be the the one to do my procedure, and again ensured me that I would be in good hands.

Visually, this place is appealing to the eye. Their decor was amazing. They had a candle out with a sign saying which scent was being burnt.
This place does all kind of things such as facials and massages.

During my consultation, Jamie explained to me how the laser worked in great detail and had lots of visual aids. She also showed me before, during, and after photos of people that had gone through the tattoo removal process. She also included some of people of color. She legit answered every question I had and was very patient. Initially I did not plan to have it done that day and was only going for the consultation, but she made me feel very at ease about doing it. SO I DID IT!!!
The laser part took literally less than 5 minutes. She also allowed me breaks whenever I asked for them or would break when she could see my body getting tight.

Hope to leave another positive review after the process is completed.

I have been a regular at Skin Renew Day Spa and I have only been impressed at all my visits. Stacey, the owner, is a very pleasant person who greets me with a big smile every time. She is very professional and makes sure you get what you are looking for. They have a pretty robust online scheduling system that allows making multiple appointments, adding comments and sends timely (but not very frequent) notifications. Stephanie (massage therapist) and Casey (esthetician) are both very attentive and professional. They make sure they describe the service before starting, see if you have any questions and do everything to make your experience relaxing. I love the team and if you do visit this spa, definitely look into their membership options!

I cannot say enough great things about Stacey and the business she has built! I came to her pre-Covid for a few sessions regarding my tattoo removal. After moving up north, I decided to try another facility (Invisible Ink, AKA Removery) for convenience. After receiving poor customer service, vast turnover in staff (who couldn't get you out the door fast enough), and the sense that they tried milking me for every dollar they could, I quickly realized the night and day difference that no amount of "convenience" could get me to go back to. I returned to Stacey and she welcomed me with open arms just as she always had. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and has your best interests at heart. Not to mention all of her machinery and products are only the best of the best. Again, cannot say enough wonderful things! 10/10 recommend.

I was looking for tattoo removal and after some research found Skin Renew, after looking a bit more I found an excellent Groupon and made an appointment. The office is nice, the staff is kind and they offer a variety of different skin & body services. As far as my tattoo removal, Stacey is the BOMB!! She has an extremely friendly demeanor and explained thoroughly everything that the procedure entails and was going to happen. She even called to follow up after my session to see how I was feeling. I really want to ramble about how great this place is, but go see for yourself!

I've been going to Skin Renew for approximately three years for two different tattoo removals. I have always been met with compassion in my vulnerability, respect and discretion for my privacy, professionalism and confident expertise during consultation and friendliness. I highly recommend booking services at Skin Renew!

Vicki makes you feel very comfortable and is so caring and very motherly. She is straight forward and will not give you false information. All around professional, outstanding, great service from her. I would recommend anyone to go there if you need skin services.

After shopping around a bit, I was very pleased to have found skin renew. They were so nice and made me feel very comfortable, from the consultation to the actual procedure. I would highly recommend skin renew to anyone considering tattoo removal.

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility immaculate. I went to them to have some brown spots removed, and the before and after was remarkable!

My experience at Skin Renew was pleasant and relaxing all the way from checking in to the actual procedure. The staff was nothing short of professional and friendly! I would recommend Skin Renew to anyone and I am actually looking forward to my next treatment at their office! My technician, Stacy, was so kind and made me feel so comfortable the entire length of the procedure. She offered me water, a squeeze ball to help ease the pain, and even let me take breaks if I needed.

Have paid over $425 for 6 treatments on a tattoo the size of a dime and if anything I feel it's darker in most spots and has only faded in one corner of the design. Nice ladies who run the place, but don't feel they use the proper levels of intensity when they can because they want to get the most money out of you. After my 6th visit I went to a different place and after one treatment there, I blistered mildly and 2 days later saw such a positive reaction it looked lighter right away. I wouldn't recommend skin renew, just a couple of ladies making money off people they think can afford to go to them forever.
