• Everyone was very nice and helpful. I felt pampered the minute I walked in the door. I was running late and they made time for me. No pressure to purchase more (I was using a groupon) which was so refreshing!

• They were incredibly welcoming= hot tea upon arrival, a hot wrap around the neck, smiling welcoming faces when you come in. The spa was a clean environment. Everything felt really comfortable + the employees were knowledgeable and the atmosphere was calming.
