• Your people hyped me up with what your facial would do to make me look younger I'm going to give it 4 months to look and see a tight Botox face or not. Like the said it's like going to the gym you see results if you keep it up planning on a facial every 2 weeks I took my on picture so we will see

• The service was excellent, the technician is fantastic, results are great. The location... not so much. Please relocate or open a spot inside Nordstrom on Michigan Ave! I can't get out to the suburbs often enough. Also, the new ultra fractional is amazing but there is no info about it on the website about the redness or downtime, or even potentially what it feels like. I was fine, but thankfully my tech warned me I would not be able to go into an important meeting because I might be really bright red for several hours. That needs to be disclosed on the site or on social. I checked IG but there wasn't an "after" pic. I took one of myself to remember for next time!
