• The check in girl was very nice. Explained all the parts of the notice I had to sign before the procedure. The nurse who did the skin laundry explained what was going to happen and what it would feel like. Both people were enthusiastic and friendly.

• I gave you a 10 because I found the person who performed this was very knowledgeable; made me feel very comfortable and advised me if I felt any pain to let her know and she would stop. I think her name was Linda (I apologize if I got the name wrong). Also I spoke with the manager and the person who initially took my information when I first got there for my appointment were super nice. They made this a very enjoyable 1st time experience.
