• The haircut was great. Issues that I have noted was the schedule process. It asked for information about the first time haircut child. The information stated that the child was uncomfortable about this process. The beautician didn't seem to realize that the child was on the edge of requesting to leave. I had seen the front desk person handing out lollipops. I requested one for her and we made it through the haircut. If the beautician had a toy for distraction or something it might have helped. She was very pleasant but didn't really interact with the child. Beautiful haircut.
