First off the yoga itself is amazing. I've been to a lot of classes all over and SPY is by far the best in town. Both advanced and novice yogis can get what they need. Heidi, the owner, is kind and compassionate - and a lot of fun to boot! Juli is also one of my favorite teachers - just so good at what she's doing, always smiling and a genuinely nice person. My ONLY complaint is scheduling on the app is pretty clunky. They need to get a much better "flow" so to speak with the tech. All in, it's a great place and a real community. I'm so glad I found it. My Dad recently passed away and going there has helped me a lot. Thank you SPY!
