Sherry/Cheryl was warm & welcoming. Since I got there early she had time to show me around, tell me about the up-coming class, set me up with a mat, & suggested I position myself by the door in case I needed to step out of class for a bit. Yes, I’ve never done hot yoga. I am very excited to have such a nice studio so close to my home.

There are a wide variety of classes to choose from in type, length and time of day which is very attractive for those committed to a yoga practice with family and/or career to work around.
