It was wonderfully instructed and intense yet soothing. I really enjoyed myself. The only critique I would have is to maybe check in on new ppl or be aware of any health conditions/risks in the room. Thanks.

For my first time taking a class like that, it was very fun. The instructor made it very easily to follow along and motivate through out the whole session. Will definitely make it a point to take another class.
