Shen Shen and specifically my acupuncturist Luz, are very welcoming and friendly. We always talk about activities that could have lead to my current issues and it gives me the feeling that what we are doing is specifically designed for me vs. "here is our standard protocol". Our goals seem to be geared towards me not needing to return. In previous experience it feels like, the first goal is to help me the second goal is to determine how to keep me coming back. Finally, my wife foes as well and has had a very similar experience which leads me to believe this is how everyone is treated/ not just a specific individual that happens to have been treated so well.
