Hello Jack. Thank you for your inquiry. Sorry we don’t do enemas or colonics at Shen Shen. We provide acupuncture and massage/bodywork services.

Probably ranks in the top 5 massages of my life. And I get one every few weeks.
One caveat - this is more of a therapeutic massage vs a light relaxing spa experience. That's perfect for me but if you want robes, aromatherapy oils, and a Swedish maybe not the place.
Stop in! You'll be glad you did. I'm already dreaming of my next visit...

I have chronic back pain and serious nerve damage and have been tossed around to many doctors and practitioners in my day... Dr. Jia is a TRUE eastern medical practitioner. There is a huge difference between individuals who obtain their credentials and call themselves "acupuncturists" and the real healers.. she is a real healer. The facility is modest and clean and Dr. Jia is lovely thoughtful and thorough.

I've been seeing Rachel for the last year or so for accupuncture for my chronic neck pain. She's highly knowledgeable in her field and has been wonderful in helping me heal. I was shocked to hear she was no longer employed at this location, due to a breakup with her son's father, the owner. I just recently purchased a package, and was hoping to be reimbursed for the remaining value, so I could visit Rachel at her new location. Someone by the name of Ernest responded to me by saying the software system they have cannot process refunds. (Sure, little buddy.) Bob the owner responded to me by mocking the positive comments I made about Rachel, and refused to refund me. Both these men sound like such assholes, I don't feel comfortable going back for my remaining treatments.

I’m sorry you took my email the wrong way. I wasn’t mocking you. I was emphasizing how great of an acupuncturist I believe Rachel to be. I believe Ernest and I responded to your request honestly and professionally. I wish Rachel was still a part of the clinic; her departure was not because of a breakup. Sure, that happened, but you’re getting a partial story - one in which I will keep private because I refuse to tarnish her name or continue to discuss this in a public setting.

Rachel is without a doubt one of the best practitioners I have met and does a brilliant job with the treatments; whether accupuncture, cupping or guasha.

I started getting acupuncture to help with lower back pain and migraine prevention and it is really working!
I haven't had a headache in weeks, and my back pain is slowly improving.
Rachel is so knowledgeable about acupuncture and Chinese herbs and has also helped me manage menopause symptoms.
