Because Bob is the BEST massage therapist who really works out my kinks and knows the reason for the occasional weird pain or numbness I experience. Plus, his staff is friendly, his office is nice and offers guests slippers and delicious hot teas.

Dr Jia is a very special person. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my acupuncture. whenever I go through a long stretch of time that I don't see doctor jia, always because of my crazy work schedule, I don't feel as a vibrant and healthy and engaged in life. Then one treatment with her and I'm back on track. Everyone at Shen Shen is terrific and gets AAA plus for customer service but my heart is with doctor jia.
