Many reasons: 1. I didn't know what I wanted to do, and came away very pleased. My cosmetologist took the time to show me some ideas and make recommendations. 2. I was set up with the right person and was able to get right in, within the week at a time that suited me! 3. The person who arranged my appointment did a thorough screening about COVID-19 risk factors, and when I arrived, the chair that I would be sitting had just been obviously sanitized. 4. Also, the cosmetologist who worked on my hair offered to wear a mask because I care for an elderly parent in my home, and wanted to wear one myself but couldn't because she would be working on my hair. The entire shop is super clean. 5. The cost was reasonable. I felt it was worth every penny! 6. Shearology has both a very professional feel it it, and the staff are really warm and kind.
