• Thank you to Meghan Herzfeld who is an excellent yoga teacher! She is very clear with steps/ instruction. She creates a safe space and encourages students to be gentle with themselves in the process. Also, she has a lovely sense of humor too which helps me relax. I highly recommend her class!
