• Anna is truly the best yoga instructor I have ever had - and I've been practicing for years in several cities. Her pose instructions and adjustments are precise and always stress safety first. Anna's kind, genuine personality projects on all of her students. All of the other teachers that I have had at Shakti are also very good. The studio is bright, yet calm. I ALWAYS leave a better person.
