• The instructor was very calm and welcoming and helped me through the whole process.i felt like a million bucks afterwards. Room was clean, blankets smelled nice and fresh, music was therapeutic It just felt like I had left the world for a while. I really enjoyed it and I've had six of my friends buy the groupon and we will be coming back next week
