• I started my yoga practice at Shakti about 14 years ago. Any time I've taken a yoga class anywhere else I miss the much better experiences I've had at Shakti, whether live or on Zoom. Shakti NJ's instructors are the standard that I judge all other yoga class experiences.

• The facilitator took such great care to lead the experience. So thorough, so gentle, I really felt like I was part of a special community. Also, after the reiki session I feel better. It has only been 1 day but I already feel like it has helped me tremendously. Very grateful, thank you thank you thank you.
