The class was very relaxing and the instructor Courtenay made me feel welcomed into the class. It was my first time going to Yoga and I really did not know what to expect but after attending her session I plan to sign up in the very near future for my classes. I felt relaxed and a lot of stress had melted away. She was very professional and she made the class enjoyable.
The quaint, warm and caring atmosphere coupled with the competence of the Instructor. The others attending were also welcoming. I love the hours available after work and my skill or lack of is a non-issue and I never feel left behind.

Courtenay did an amazingly job! I felt very comfortable and cared for during the aromatherapy reiki treatment. She spent time answering my questions after the session to better understand what was going on with my chakras since this was my first time having reiki done. I was relaxed the rest of the entire day.
