Paris was great, she took her time, and was very helpful. The process for scheduling and receiving confirmation was very professional

For it being my first time attending the class the instructor and atmosphere was very nice and pleasant she reminded us that we need to go at our own pace which I love and I wasn't judge
Hot yoga was on my to do list and it did not disappoint. Courtenay is a wonderful instructor and her voice is so peaceful. I love how she set the atmosphere for us to speak positivity into our self. She made herself available to assist if needed. My body was in knots when i arrived but when i left i felt so relaxed and looking forward to making an appointment for the next session.

I had taken yoga before and did not like it, the energy just was not there. I plan on coming back for more classes.
Owner/host was very hospitable and sensitive to the needs of the participants. She facilitated the session well--cultivating a very warm (inviting) and comfortable environment.
