The studio was lovely decorated, spacious, and clean. All the ladies in charge were warm and kind.

The studio is clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed being there.
The theme was relevant. Yet it was spoken about so broadly. When Courtenay said going into the next year it rung a bell for me. Her confidence creates synergy to be mindful of the fears we carry and the disservice it has on ourselves. Releasing fear is something I'm working on casting daily.
