• I have been a spa hound for years/decades even when I travel. I have been to the studio before for massage but was intrigued by the Integrated Body Balancing. The website explained it very well and Jen also took the time to explain the procedure. It was amazing to focus on specific muscles with the slightest resistance. I have had many broken bones/surgeries over the years and I felt amazing afterwards. This treatment is definitely a mind/body thing so keep an open mind to your goals. It is ideal if your goal is to have a good range of motion pain free. I liked how it was a total body and not just "affected" areas.

My therapist, Vanessa, asked me where I wanted to focus on, the type of pressure I preferred, etc. She was very friendly and her massage gave me increased range of motion and immediate pain relief. I will be back and would highly recommended Serendipity. It's a gem!
