• The booking process was simple and efficient. I booked an appointment and an hour later got my massage. The massage center is clean, and cheerful; a peaceful environment. My therapist Luz was AMAZING! She was professional and pleasant. She allowed ample time for privacy when undressing and dressing. She listened to my concerns and muscular issues and massaged them accordingly . My neck has not been this relaxed or loose in years. I have full rotation in my neck that I have not had in 4 years. At the end of my massage, I immediately scheduled my next one for two weeks out. Thank you Luz!

• My massage today with Luz was awesome! I asked for therapeutic massage for long time back issues. Luz's technique stopped the spasms and freed my lower back. She found a lot of other knots I didn't realize I had and took care of those as well. Jennifer, I had gone to Serendipity several times many years ago and stopped going only because my chiropractor began providing massage therapy services and one stop was simply more convenient. My favorite therapist recently broke her arm and Serendipity was the first alternative that came to mind I'm happy for your growth and success and with the excellent staff and services you provide, it's no surprise. I'll be back much sooner next time!
