  • Everything was great, we had an appointment for 9am and were told to show up 15-20 mins early to get everything set up and if we wanted to steam before our massages. We showed up early and doors didn't open until 5 mins before 9am. Understandable but if we're told to get there early, someone should be there early to get everything set up. No big deal, will be going back regardless.
