My massage therapist (Cheyenne) was AWESOME! She told me she had only been working there for a month (she had recently graduated from massage therapy school) and I couldn't believe it because she seemed so skilled at her craft, much more than a new beginner & totally in tune to what my body needed. I told her how much pain I was in when I arrived & after she asked me what level of massage pressure I preferred she listened intently when I explained to her where I was experiencing pain & discomfort & she intuitively seemed to know how to proceed with my massage. After the 90 minutes was up I felt like a different person! I was completely relaxed, the tension in my neck, shoulders & back was gone & I was so grateful to my daughter for insisting that I go before Christmas & for giving me an early gift & I can hardly wait to reschedule!!

I had a 120 minute massage from Jamie and it was THE best massage I've had in 20 years! I am a huge fan of the Sego Lily Spa. It's all I ever want for Christmas...gift cards!
