• Response time from website inquiry to personal contact was awesome. Coaches were communicative and passed the baton from one to another when my desired dates were when the first coach to contact me was out of town. Alex was considerate and communicative when setting up my Fundamentals classes and an excellent coach during each. A good communicator; motivational; kind and relatable. Good organizational skills around my daily agenda. 6am class people I passed each day when arriving for my 7a 1:1 work were friendly and encouraging. An overall welcoming atmosphere and one I feel good about as a beginning.
