• Everyone has been so welcoming. I was so intimidated by CF but there are literally modifications and ways to scale everything we do. I've lost 40#'s in 6 months and feel better, emotionally and physically than I ever have before. It's a lifestyle now, no turning back. • i love the fact that you pay for 30 days in which count on attendance. whereas other places charge you for a month despite the fact that you may not attend due to life matters. the gym itself is nice, small and comfortable.
