Lisa was really great! She took the time with me to help me understand what I needed to do - i.e. next steps - and then, once I'd already left! - looked for an available appointment that would fit my weird schedule. I really, really appreciate the little extra steps she took with me. It helped me get going toward what I knew I needed to do, but just wasn't quite able to get started. The whole staff is always, always great.
