The staff was friendly and willing to help me feel comfortable. Everything there that was offered to try (Cryo therapy, compression, bio charger) was thoroughly explained by the staff and this helped me feel confident and safe in trying it. Before attending your 3 minute Cryo therapy session, I had a hard time getting myself up from lying down, because my body felt sore, and after the Cryo therapy session, I could easily lift my body without feeling sore.
