Everyone is always so kind. The classes are tough, but are making me stronger. I have learned so much from the instructors as they always are so helpful and come around to correct you !

Mrs. Lauryn did an amazing job with teaching pilates total body. I stretched muscles that I didn't know I had. She was welcoming, encouraging and most of all patient. She provided alternative ways to stretch
