I usually go to classes on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings. Both Linda and Sandra are great!

Lawren is an excellent instructor and provides good feedback and support during my private lessons.
The instructors that I have classes with are always kind and give clear instruction. Even though I am new to using a reformer I can enjoy a challenging class through their guidance.
