The atmosphere was perfect. Clean. Not too loud. Not too quiet. Lawren is an amazing instructor. The workout was the perfect challenge for a beginner like myself.
From walking in to the receptionist, to the class/instructor and then again with the receptionist leaving, it was a great experience all around. I felt comfortable the entire time and look forward to my next class.
