I'm new to Pilates and I feel like out of all the classes I took this gave me the real deal. Zoe was amazing with her instructing and critiquing. I felt very safe with it being a newer thing to me and I feel like I got the most out of my workout. I will be back for sure. I also love that it is a small business woman owned!
I love the instructors and the music is always perfect! Every time I come it makes my day all the better!
