Very good instructor, good equipment. The website kept steering me to beauty treatments though when I wanted exercise classes so that was annoying.
Really loved the class. It was my first time going to Pilates and the instructor was great and helped me understand everything

Friendly staff and helpful instructors
I love that there're dedicated front of house staff. Many gyms have instructors do double duty and it's chaotic. And the staff and instructors are so kind, friendly, and helpful. There's clearly an overall ethos of customer service and excellence which is rare to see! The classes are structured, timely, and fun, too!
