The staff was really welcoming and the instructor was upbeat and also welcoming . She explained everything and made me feel like I was a friend and not just a customer. I really enjoyed my class and will definitely be back.
The studio is lovely and the instructors are excellent!
Loved the class, as always! One thing I would love to have added is an "all arms" class once a week or every other week. I feel like I don't get a huge arms workout in during a regular class, and would love to be able to do them more.
