This was my first Reformer Pilates class and I didn't know what to expect. Nicole was an excellent instructor, providing an orientation for the beginners before starting the class. Her cues were perfect, allowing me to keep up with the class and she even gave some personalized corrections during class. The class was challenging and also felt great. I signed up for 10 more classes after a great experience.
It was a great class and any criticism is purely subjective (wasn't my favorite music, and I like a more calming environment with low lights and chill music)
