The staff is welcoming and friendly. Natalie and Lydia are both full of lovely energy that I don't see often nowadays. I was treated with kindness and respect. Lydia the instructor is fantastic. She helps students through out the class. 7:30pm is what works for me. I appreciate the opportunity to attend classes that fit my busy schedule. I will continue to attend 7:30 pm classes if they remain available. Hoping to see Lydia at 7:30 pm in the future. My apologies if I'm not spelling her name correctly. The original instructor was Shelby and Lydia was covering.
