I love that there're dedicated front of house staff. Many gyms have instructors do double duty and it's chaotic. And the staff and instructors are so kind, friendly, and helpful. There's clearly an overall ethos of customer service and excellence which is rare to see! The classes are structured, timely, and fun, too!
