I took last Friday afternoon Reformer Essentials class with Snow Nah and it was wonderful, a great tempo and I got to do some new Reformer moves I have not yet experienced. Snow carefully explained the set up and execution of each exercise precisely, a very enjoyable class and the best start to the weekend - Thank you!
